The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), and other applicable data protection regulations.

3. Hosting & Technical Operations

Each time our website is accessed, the following data is automatically collected and stored in server log files:

4. Contact Form

When you contact us via the contact form, the following data is collected:

This data is used exclusively to process your inquiry and is not shared with third parties.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Retention period: Until your inquiry has been fully processed, thereafter statutory retention periods apply.

5. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address in order to send you our newsletter.

To confirm that the email address belongs to you, we use a double opt-in procedure: after you sign up, we send you a confirmation email; your address is only registered once you click the confirmation link in that email. Our newsletter is managed and sent through Zoho Campaigns (Zoho Corporation), which acts as our processor for storing subscriber data, confirming subscriptions and sending the newsletter. A data processing agreement is in place. Processing takes place in the USA; appropriate safeguards for the data transfer are in place pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR (see section 8).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time – free of charge – via the unsubscribe link contained in every newsletter email, or by emailing info@global-wealth-protection.com.

6. Whitepaper and further documents

If you request our whitepaper or express interest in further documents via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address and, where applicable, phone number). The whitepaper is sent via Zoho Campaigns (see section 5) using a double opt-in procedure. At your request and after personal contact, we may send you individually selected, confidential documents; for this we use service providers (e.g. for document management and delivery) as processors. The data is not shared with any other third parties.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@global-wealth-protection.com.

7. Cookies

We only use technically necessary cookies that are required to operate the website — for example, to store your language preference. We do not use analytics, tracking, or marketing cookies.

Because only strictly necessary cookies are used, no cookie consent banner is required.
